Jonathan Fisher has a studio in a small barn, that he shares with a white cat, in an orchard behind his house where he builds three-dimensional constructions called “structural reliefs.” These colorful, abstract pieces are made of pine and painted in a vibrant palette of primary colors, green, black, white and gray. Heavily dependent on recurring shapes and textures, pieces range in size from a foot square to more than 6 feet high.

I am truly impressed by your work, Jon. And I’m not saying this because I’m your daughter in law! The large, mostly white cube is one of my favorites. Terrific work!
