Hello,

I have admired Joan Gardiner's tiles for years, ever since I saw an article on her work in The Washington Post in the 1990s. I would like to know if she teaches classes; and if so, where can I find information on her schedule and fee.

Thank you,

Mary Jane Gardner

Anne,
I love that the barn cat didn't want to miss the opportunity for a "walk-on," right in the middle of your work. They know who loves them. You had probably been talking Cat with her, or him, before the cameo appearance.
Think the West Hartford area was hard hit by the October snow. Lancaster reports many trees lost limbs, and some even their lives, the snow was so heavy. Alexandria reports Nada. Just a fleeting two minutes of giant white flake clumps that settled nowhere, and gathered their strength to follow the coastline north, and wreak havoc in New England. Oh, to live up there in the Massachusetts ancestral home.
        Hope you are well,
        Kat

Joan directed the ceramic tile mural project for the Visitors Center in the newly opened Arts & Education Center, The Barns of Rose Hill in Berryville. The work is masterful! It is the signature art piece of The Barns.

Hi Sheep,
I think you'll recognize my name... from DC, a great admirer and owner of an underground garden painting.
I am coming to Maine the 2nd week of August. I'll be spending that week in Rockport, ME at the Maine photo workshop. I was thinking of driving up to Belfast on the the 6th. Will you be in town, and can we meet for coffee? Or show me your studio??
Let me know if you get this message.
